Dennis is no longer our #1 menace. Although "Julien the Menace" doesn't have quite the same ring to it, it is far more apt. Twenty year old Julien Barreaux has fronted court for stabbing another man.
His motivation? The other guy won a knife fight against Barreaux in an online game of Counter-Strike, the popular "first person shooter" computer game. Some people are extremely sore losers, it would seem. However, instead of screaming "you poofter" or "camping fag" down the microphone like the rest of the "civilised" world, Barreaux spent seven months coldly and calculatedly tracking down the real-life version of Mikhael.
Unfortunately for poor old Mikhael, it turned out that he only lived a few miles away from the spectacularly unstable Barreaux. And once Barreaux had made this discovery he promptly headed over to Mikhael's house, rang the doorbell and when Mikhael opened the door, stabbed him in the chest with a kitchen knife, missing Mikhael's heart by an inch.
Barreaux has been jailed for two years (GBH) and ordered to undergo psychiatric tests and anger management therapy. Presiding Judge, Alexiane Potel, told Barreaux: "You are a menace to society, I am frankly terrified of the disproportionate reaction you could have if someone looked at you the wrong way in the street".

Football, or as we affectionately refer to it in Australia, soccer is renowned as being the "world game". EA Sports have capitalised on the game's popularity since their release of FIFA International Soccer for SEGA Mega Drive in 1993 - allowing even the fattest and least nimble of us to become Diego Maradonna.
For the better part of two decades EA have continued to adapt to the ever-changing gaming market, having released FIFA titles yearly for all major consoles, PC's and hand-held gaming devices. This year EA have gone to a new level, promising a release of the legendary title for the social networking giant, Facebook. While Facebook does not offer "true HD", Dolby 5.1 or even a Blu Ray player - it does allow you to seriously waste some time that could be otherwise well spent on your Playstation girlfriend.
Who will be the biggest and baddest twinkle-toed penalty shooter in your friends list? Odds are, it won't be me.
